4. Cancellation Policy: Orders for cakes with 50 portions and up must be canceled with a minimum of 30 working days’ notice. If an order is canceled with less than 30 working days’ notice, the order can only be rescheduled to another date within the next 3 months from the previously scheduled date (date you should receive your cake). After that period, the price will need to be adjusted to the present market price.

5. Refunds for Canceled Orders: For orders canceled in time, a refund will be issued 20 working days after cancellation. A fee of 30% of the total amount paid and VAT will be deducted from the refund.
