I drew the cake I wanted for my baby boy's first birthday taking inspiration from 3 different cakes I saw on Pinterest. Edward brought this drawing to life and made it even more beautiful! It tastes even better than it looks! I ordered the cherry chocolate cake filled with a smooth chocolate ganache with fresh berries. Under the outer parchment layer, was a coconut/almond cream! This cake was just beyond. I have had good chocolate cakes before but this must be the best one to date! And we got two layers of it to eat! The cake was truly “handmade with love”. Thank you very much Edward!

Oslo Custom Cakes have made several cakes for my friends and family and always makes a delightful and joyful product. His cakes really make a celebration - everyone is so entertained by his creativity and impressive attention to detail in design, and he's always on time, and the cakes are really yummy. I think the best part is that we give him a concept, and he knows exactly how to make it special, individual, and perfect for the occasion, on time, and really yummy - it takes a lot of stress out of organising a celebration. You feel like you are in good hands, he is an expert in decorating, and so talented!

I really can’t recommend Oslo Custom Cakes highly enough! I came in with a very specific design request (a Chanel themed cake in black and white with a touch of rose gold) and a VERY tight timeline (3 days before the party!). The result was better than I could have ever hoped. ❤️

First, the communication was excellent. I got quick responses to all my questions - even late into the evening - and was guided toward the perfect size and flavor combinations. Pickup instructions were great, they worked with us on timing, and the packaging was easy to handle and kept the cake in perfect condition.

And the cake! 🤩 I was honestly blown away. It fit the theme perfectly, and the textures, accessories, and overall design were absolutely genius. It was the hit of the party, and the birthday girl was beside herself. 😍 I would have be happy even if the cake was bland, but it actually tasted better than it looked. It was rich and fresh without being too sugary, and the filling complimented the cake flavor perfectly. We were a bit hesitant to cut into this work of art, but once we did the guests all raved about it. Only a tiny amount of cake remained at the end of the party, but it held up well in the refrigerator and was just as tasty 4 days later.

I throw 2-3 parties a year with dessert tables, and I like to have a fondant cake as the centerpiece for each. That means I’ve tried out quite a few local bakers, and no one comes close to Oslo Custom Cakes. I’m very excited for my next party so I have an excuse to use them again!
